Karate Workouts

Having been involved in Karate for several years, I have come to believe that a Karate workout when approached and performed the right way can be one of the best forms of aerobic, flexibility, stress relieving , calorie burning and confidence building exercise regimens available. A karate workout can take your body through a full range of motion and give a person a good overall body workout.

Additionally, it is hard to get bored doing Karate. While a lot of exercises programs can get boring, Karate for the most part keeps you engaged, causing you to use your mind as well as your body.

So if you are looking for a workout that will engage your body and mind as well, consider Karate. Not the mention learning basic self-defense and building self confidence.

I would have to give a word of caution, find a good instructor that will take the time to teach and train you the right way and who does not promote violence but promotes the martial art. Also, stay away from the Karate Studios and teachers who promote the Far Eastern spiritual side of the Martial arts. While the Martial Arts are good for exercise and self-defense, the way to God is through the Son of God, Jesus, who died for the sins of the world on a cross and was raised from the dead. Jesus said I am the Way, the Truth and the Life, no one comes to the Father but through me. Believe it, Recieve it. Live it.
